MEMBERS - The opportunity is taken to remind you that all subscriptions are due annually as from 1st October.  The Secretary would be pleased to receive your subscriptions, plus $6.00 for the Snow Courier and any advertising you may wish to have.

MEETINGS

The Club conducts meetings throughout the year. 

The Annual General Meeting will be held on the fourth (4th) Thursday in October.

SUBSCRIPTION RATES.

FULL MEMBERSHIP    $25.00 per annum.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP  $ 2.00 per annum

(no voting rights)

SNOW COURIER   $ 6.00 per annum.

 PUBLICATION DATES

Published four times a year for the months of January, April, August and October.  Copy closes one month before each issue.

ADVERTISING RATES

Full Page  $7.50 per issue        $28.00 per annum

Half Page  $4.00 per issue        $14.00 per annum

Quarter page $2.00 per issue

Breeders Directory  $3.50 per annum

Congratulations to New Champions & Members Litter Notifications are printed free, however details should be given to the Secretary to guarantee inclusion in the magazine.

 By-Law

All Snow Courier advertising must be paid for in advance.

By-Law

That the following conditions apply to the production of the Snow Courier cover containing a paid advertisement photograph.

(a) Purchaser to supply a selection of glossy prints no smaller than 180mm x 130mm.

(b) Editor is to select an appropriate print.

(c) The prints are not to contain trophies, sashes, people, name of animal or kennel/owner.

(d) A write up of the animal is to be supplied by the purchaser using sufficient words to fill no more than a quarter page of the Snow Courier.

(e) The cost to the purchaser is to be determined annually by the Committee of the day with regard to printing costs and the cost of the standard cover.
